Our Team

Yvonne is the principal of YS Brower Legal, where she represents individual and business clients in a variety of areas.  While the focus of Yvonne's practice is mainly real estate, corporate transactions, and bankruptcy, Yvonne is also well versed in estate planning, family law, and commercial matters. Yvonne has over ten years of experience as an attorney, and has worked extensively in matters involving both individual and commercial litigation, evictions, collections, commercial property acquisitions, purchase and sale of real estate (both residential and commercial), contract negotiations and corporate matters.  

Yvonne is a native Chicagoan and speaks Polish fluently.  She earned her J.D. in 2010 from John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL.  She is admitted to the bars of the State of Illinois and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.  She previously worked with both the Illinois Attorney General's Office (while in law school) and as an Attorney Fellow with the Illinois Department of Child and Family Services.  She has now been practicing law for over ten years and truly enjoys working helping her clients with their various legal needs.
